 Dear parents, guardians, and students, 

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year and my classroom. This is my 19th year of teaching in the Barnegat School District. I have been privileged to be a member of the Barnegat team and our supportive administration.

I truly love teaching history and sharing the hills and valleys of our past with those who will build our future.  I am passionate about teaching our historical moments and our ability to learn from our mistakes.  Please feel comfortable reaching out to me with your questions or specific thoughts. This year we will begin our historical travels with President Washington's Presidency and end with the tumultuous Civil War.  Additionally, emphasis will be placed on the Constitution of the United States. Civic Lessons and the roles of our leaders.
